Nintendo just concluded what was easily one of its best Nintendo Direct presentations of the year. Rumors were confirmed, new content was revealed, and old favorites were given new life on the innovative Switch platform.

Right out of the gate, Overwatch: Legendary Edition was announced, bringing the fan favorite shooter to this portable platform on October 15. And if a month and a half is just too long to wait, you’ll be pleased to discover lots of new content coming to the Switch now-ish.

Banjo & Kazooie are joining the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster today, with Fatal Fury’s Terry Bogard soon to be rounding out the initial Ultimate Fighters Pass offering. Today also sees the arrival of Super Kirby Clash, a free-to-start multiplayer action game starring everyone’s favorite pink puffball. Even better, 20 classic SNES titles are coming to the Nintendo Switch Online library tomorrow, just in time to celebrate the subscription service ‘s one-year anniversary.

Further down the line, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, mech battler DAEMON X MACHINA, and even early 2000s third-person hack and slash title Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast will all be available on the Switch before month’s end.
