Mom’s going to LOVE this one! I was so excited to test out the Smart Garden 9 last fall, and ended up with a modest crop of tomatoes and herbs. I have since “retired” that batch of plants and tried out the custom seed pods with some of my garden items for this coming season: pumpkins, heirloom tomatoes, and peppers. They’re growing like gangbusters, far surpassing the other seedlings that are heading out to the garden in the next couple weeks. The lighting is a red/white LED system that works in wavelengths optimized for young plant growth, and the watering system is easy to use and monitor.
Although a bit costlier than popular American competitors, the Click & Grow offers proprietary soil formulas that have proven very successful in my challenging USDA planing zone.
